Meet Our Podiatrist – Dr. Jared J Visser

Dr. Jared Visser was born and raised in St. Louis, MO. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Missouri in Columbia, MO. He graduated from Mizzou in 2004 with a Bachelor in Science. He then went on to Podiatry school in Cleveland, OH. Dr. Jared Visser graduated from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine (now Kent State College of Podiatric Medicine) in 2008 with Honors. He then completed a 3-year comprehensive surgical residency at St. Vincent Charity Hospital in Cleveland, OH. After residency, he embarked on a reconstructive foot and ankle fellowship in Indianapolis, IN.

While in fellowship, he had extensive training in correcting foot and ankle deformities such as flat feet, cavus feet, ankle pathology, bunions, hammertoes, and trauma.

Dr. Visser is an active member and associate of The American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, American Podiatric Medical Association, and Missouri Podiatric Medical Association. He is on staff at SSM Health St. Clare Hospital, SSM Health DePaul Hospital, and Mercy Hospital Washington.
